🎙 Voice

I mostly speak at one speed, one volume, one pitch (flat delivery) My sentences are full of um / uh / like / you know My voice goes creaky at the end of my breath (vocal fry) I vary speed & volume, but I play it safe — never at the edges I use speed, volume, pitch, emotion and the pause — without thinking

🧍 Body

I don't know what to do with my hands or the space around me I avoid eye contact when speaking Solid posture & eye contact, but I cycle the same 2-3 gestures I have a repetitive movement that adds nothing (pacing, touching face) My face shows the emotion my voice carries — they're in sync

💬 Words

I ramble, speak in circles, and make the listener do the work I use a structure (point → reason → example → point) under pressure I switch naturally between story, analogy, example and structure
